What is Secret Spa?

Secret Spa is a premium on-demand booking service dedicated to providing luxury treatments and exceptional client service at your convenience.

How do you find me a therapist that is available when I am?

When you book your appointment we reach out to our network of specialists via email and telephone. The process of finding a therapist for you might take between 5mins and one hour depending on how close you book to the appointment time.

Which areas do you work in?

We work across South West, West and Central London covering most postcodes in the boroughs of: City of London, Fulham & Hammersmith, Lambeth, Merton, Richmond upon Thames, Wandsworth & Westminster.

If the area you want is not listed please contact us on info@secretspalondon.com and we will see if we have a therapist available to travel to your location.

How do your recruit your specialists?

We have used our contacts and network to reach out to the best therapists in London. We do background checks, meet them personally and trade test them. We believe passionately that we only work with people that we would happily have over for dinner.

Do your professionals have insurance?

Yes all we ensure that all our therapists are insured.

What happened if you don’t have a therapist available?

We will endeavour to fill your time slot with our handpicked network. In the unlikely event that we cannot we will suggest the closest timeslot.

How can I cancel my appointment?

If you are unable to keep your appointment please can you contact us at your earliest convenience to cancel or rebook the appointment so we can update our therapist. Important: we operate a strict cancellation policy - therapists cancelled within 12 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.

What happened if you don’t have a therapist available?

We will endeavour to fill your time slot with our handpicked network. In the unlikely event that we cannot we will suggest the closest timeslot.

How can I cancel my appointment?

If you are unable to keep your appointment please can you contact us at your earliest convenience to cancel or rebook the appointment so we can update our therapist. Important: we operate a strict cancellation policy -therapists cancelled within 5 hours of the appointment will be charged in full the closest timeslot.

Can I request the same therapist?

You can request the same therapist. If they are not available at the time your require we will notify you asking if you wish an alternative or your preferred therapists’ next available time slot.

How do I pay?

Your credit / debit card details are validated when you make the booking. Your card is only charged the full amount when the treatment takes place

Should I tip the therapist?

Tips are discretionary.

Is there a minimum spend?

We have a £30 minimum spend.

Parking and congestion charges?

Paying for parking and congestion charge are discretionary.

Where should your professional set up in my house?

We want your experience to be a relaxing one, therefore we would recommend that our therapist sets up in a room that is private and warm. For many of our treatments we will need access to a power socket, good lighting and running water. Our therapist will endeavour to arrive 10 minutes early to ensure that they are set-up and ready for your treatment.

What equipment will I need for the treatment?

Your mobile therapist will bring all the equipment and products needed to perform the treatments.

Manicure & Pedicure - these treatments will need two chairs and a table with a power socket closeby.

Facials, Massage, Waxing - If you are having a facial, massage or wax the therapist wil bring a portable bed. The bed is about 6ft long and 2ft wide therefore please can you ensure in advance of the therapist arriving that you have room for the portable bed.

Tanning - our therapist will need an area large enought for a portable tent that is 1 metre squared. They will need access to a power socket and on occasions access to a tap.

What happens if I am running late?

London is a busy place and we totally understand the impact of traffic children etc. Therefore, we do offer a 20-minute window for both you and our professional. However, if you are more than 20 minutes late for your booking you will still be charged. However, you can ask if your therapist can alter the treatment to fit with the remaining time available.

What should I do if I have had a past medical condition or something I am worried about?

If you have had a past ailment or anything that you are concerned about currently we would recommend that you see a General Practitioner first before booking with us.
